01What if Apple or Google reject the submission?
App Store and Play Store rejections are part of the submission process — most apps need 1–2 review iterations. Your operator handles every rejection: reads the reviewer note, fixes the policy issue, resubmits within 2 business days. The Care Year covers all rejections that arise from our build; only buyer-side issues (e.g. you change business identity mid-review) fall outside scope.
02Is the app rebuildable elsewhere if I leave Dwize?
Yes. The Apple Developer account and Play Console are in your business identity, not Dwize's. The source code, signing keys, and provisioning profiles are handed over at year-end (covenant 08). Another vendor can rebuild from this — there is no lock to Dwize-specific tooling.
03Can I add a fourth template?
No — the three templates (Service, Catalog, Content) are productized so ₹1,49,000 stays a real price. Anything outside that envelope becomes Dwize Suite, custom-quoted from ₹14,99,000/year. The same Care Year covenants apply to Suite engagements.
04Why no in-app commerce — isn't that limiting?
Native commerce changes the engineering shape: cart, payments, order management, returns, native checkout, App Store IAP rules. That stack is Dwize Brand (Store + native shopping apps, ₹6,99,000/year). Bundling it into App would inflate App pricing; separating it keeps each product honest about what it does.
