Choosing

1 question
  • How do I choose between Site, Store, and Brand?

Site is for web presence — you want to be found and look credible. Store is for selling online — catalog, payments, orders. Brand is Store plus your own native iOS and Android shopping apps for premium D2C. Most growing Indian businesses start with Site or Store and upgrade as they scale.

Pricing

2 questions
  • Are these final prices? What about renewals?

Final, GST-inclusive, no setup fees. Renewal at the same product tier costs exactly Year 1 price, lifetime. Pass-throughs (domain at ~₹2,100/yr, Apple Developer at ~₹9,000/yr for App/Brand) are listed separately at cost.

  • Why is App more expensive than Site?

Native iOS and Android development is genuinely harder engineering than a static website. Compiled binaries, App Store and Play Store policy compliance, OS-update maintenance, push notification infrastructure — all of it is real ongoing work that doesn't exist for static sites.

Architecture

2 questions
  • Is this WordPress?

No. Dwize Site is 100% static, served from Cloudflare's global edge — no PHP server, no database at the edge, no plugin ecosystem to break. Dwize Store is built on a modern React-based, multi-tenant Indian commerce backbone — engineered, not assembled. Read the comparison.

  • Is this just Shopify with a markup?

No. Dwize Store has no platform tax on transactions (Shopify takes 1.7–2.4% on every order regardless of plan). Your code is yours, your domain is yours, your data is in a tenant schema you control. Your only payment cost is Razorpay's standard ~2% pass-through.

Ownership

2 questions
  • Who owns the brand, the data, the domain?

You. Always. You retain 100% ownership of your brand identity, domain, content, and customer data. Dwize retains the underlying platform code (you can't take it with you), but everything customer-facing is yours.

  • What happens at year-end if I don't renew?

Covenant 08 — clean handover. We provide code/content export, DNS instructions, and 30 days of read-only hosting on Dwize infrastructure to give you time to move. Your domain stays yours. No lock-in.

Operations

2 questions
  • What does the named operator actually do?

Carries your file end-to-end for the year. Their WhatsApp is in your contract. They acknowledge inquiries within 2 business hours, ship in-scope updates within 2 business days, run the monthly check-in, and handle every escalation. You don't talk to a queue.

  • What's the Care Year really?

A 12-month operating contract — eight written covenants — under which the artifact (Site / App / Store / Brand) is delivered, launched, and kept running. Hosting, security patches, OS-update compatibility for native apps, content updates, monthly check-ins, 99.95% uptime — all included. Read it in full.

Migration

1 question
  • I'm on Shopify / WooCommerce / custom. Can you migrate me?

Yes — included free with Dwize Store and Dwize Brand. Catalog, customers, order history. Standalone migration without buying a Care Year is ₹49,999.

Service businesses

1 question
  • I run a clinic / salon / coaching business. Which product?

Most service businesses fit Dwize App's Service template (clinics, salons, repair, consulting) or Content template (coaching, communities, content creators). For a simpler digital presence first, Dwize Site is the right starting point.

Indian context

1 question
  • Are UPI / ONDC / WhatsApp catalog supported natively?

Yes — built into Dwize Store and Dwize Brand cores, not bolted on as plugins. Razorpay native integration covers UPI, cards, netbanking, COD. ONDC seller integration is included. WhatsApp Business catalog sync is included. GST-compliant invoicing is automatic.

If a question isn't here — ask it directly.

We answer every WhatsApp and email within the covenants. 2 business hours on WhatsApp, 1 business day on email.
