These appear in the contract appendix on every Care Year and govern how we operate the year for you. Pricing is replicable; eight written and consistently honored covenants are not.

Monthly check-in
Even when the buyer is silent, Dwize reaches out at least once a month with a status update and one question.

Dwize monitors the delivered surface, applies maintenance, and responds to service issues through the agreed Care Year path.

Honest 30-day review
If the fit is wrong in the first 30 days, the exit path is handled in writing.

We don't promise first-page rankings, traffic guarantees, or revenue numbers. We promise dependable digital infrastructure operated for a year.
No vendor entrapment
You stay because the year was good, not because leaving is hard. Year-end handover is clean and contractually mandated.
No hidden fees
Annual price is the price. Pass-throughs (domain, app store fees) are listed at cost. No "renewal surprises", no "scope creep" billing.
